First and foremost, my sessions are laid-back and relaxed. I love the "in the moment" pictures. You know, the ones you can't reproduce, or "stage". Yes, with some sessions, like senior portraits, I will guide a client to pose correctly, but for the most part, I want to capture YOU and what makes YOU unique and awesome.
My studio offers natural light, comfortable surroundings, and various props for newborns and young tots. I prefer to shoot children and families in their favorite outdoor locations - they are much more at ease and the pictures show it. I do have an outdoor area for use and there are some great local parks nearby.
I'm conveniently located in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. I'm ten minutes from Louisville, Kentucky. My studio is two minutes off the Georgetown, Indiana exit.
What is your favorite location? Family farm, suburban home, local park, riverfront, downtown and urban, you tell me. I want to make sure you are pleased with your session.
Absolutely! I'm also a labor and delivery registered nurse and I always love shooting birth events. They're the bread and butter of life! Due to my work schedule however, I do not schedule them in advance, When you go into labor please call me and we can work out a plan. Scheduled for a cesarean section? Even better. :-) Birth pricing is available upon request.
Yes i do, However I do love my weekends and my family. With that said, I only accept a limited number of bridal clients. Please contact me for date availability and pricing information.
Definitely! What are your plans? Beachy portraits? Mountain settings? Exotic destination weddings? I'm curious, what are your thoughts?
I've been shooting weddings and families for over fourteen years. I studied photojournalism at Indiana University. I've always had a camera in my hand and I love to photograph candid events. A good photographer has never taken the "perfect" photo. I'm so very critical of my work, and my clients appreciate that.
